There are many different types of beneficial physical activity, some are performed outdoors, others at specific venues or at your convenience at home. It comes down to your preference. Some clients love the gym environment, others do not have the time to travel to a gym, or feel more comfortable exercising at home.

You initial session will start with a full consultation (unless you have already completed the free online consultation). This will cover your medical, injury and physical activity history.
